Slow and steady right? I hurt my back and so I haven't done much the last two days. It is also very discouraging. I may have to take another mental health day because with results like these I feel like quitting.
Anyway, I took some disgusting pictures of my stomach. I'd been doing ab workouts and I really think there's already been improvement. But here's a sort of starting point.
