Starting Off 2013

I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes shortly after my third pregnancy. What started as a temporary thing (gestational diabetes) became a lifelong thing--something that would change my lifestyle. I am a sugaraholic. LOVE carbs. But shortly after I was diagnosed I stuck to the diet my doctor suggested and over the coarse of like a year I lost 50 pounds.
Well, 2 more babies later I've lost my way and gained nearly all my weight back.
So, 2013 will be different. There will be no pregnancies to distract me. No breastfed babies that require me to cater my diet to them. It's me time.
So today--January 1, 2013 I shall mark as the beginning of my progress. Here are the stats:
I weigh 175 lbs
My BMI is 32
My chest measurement: 41"
waist: 36"
hips: 40.5"
neck: 14.5"
arm: 13.5"
thigh: 25"
This is what I look like:

I can't remember the exact dietary restrictions I was on last time, so I'm hoping to start with this:
Breakfast: 30c
Snack: 15c
Lunch: 45c
Snack: 15c
Dinner: 60c
Snack 15c

So, hopefully by sticking to these restrictions (with a few exceptions--my birthday, valentine's, anniversary....) I shall at least feel more energized and better about myself.
